振替レッスンについて / Make-up Lessons at Gem Egg

Gem Eggでは、お休みされたレッスンを無駄なく受けていただけるよう、振替レッスン制度をご用意しております。

体調不良やご旅行、ご家庭のご予定などで通常レッスンにご参加いただけない場合は、ぜひ振替レッスンをご利用ください。

振替レッスンは、Gem Egg公式LINEより簡単にご予約いただけます。

振替レッスンのご予約方法

1. Gem Egg公式LINEを開きます。

トーク画面下部の 「Member」 メニューを開いてください。

2. メニュー上部にある青色の 「Members Page」 をタップします。「Make-up Class」 を選択します。

3. 振替レッスン予約ページへ移動します。

4. ページ内のご案内をご確認いただき、下へスクロールして 「予約にすすむ」 をタップしてください。

5. お子さまのクラスを選択してください。

   KINDER

   BASIC

   INTERMEDIATE

6. ご希望の日程・時間を選択し、予約を完了してください。

振替レッスンは2週間前からご予約いただけます

すべてのご家庭に公平にご予約いただけるよう、振替レッスンのご予約はレッスン日の2週間前から受付しております。

さらに先の日程で振替をご希望の場合は、予約ページに表示されるタイミングまでお待ちいただき、ご予約をお願いいたします。

ご希望のクラスが表示されない場合

予約ページにご希望の曜日や時間が表示されない場合でも、システムの不具合ではございません。

そのクラスが満席、または振替受け入れ可能人数に達しているため、ご予約いただけない状況となっております。

振替レッスンについて

Gem Eggでは、お忙しいご家庭でも無理なく通っていただけるよう、振替レッスン制度をご用意しております。

Gem Eggのレッスンは、月曜日から新しいテーマがスタートし、1つのテーマを約2週間かけて制作しています。

1週目

新しいテーマについて学び、作品のアイデアを考えながら、下描きや制作を始めます。

2週目

色塗りや細かな仕上げ、質感づくり、新しい画材や技法を学びながら作品を完成させます。

そのため、できるだけお休みされた週と同じ週、または元のレッスン日に近い日程で振替レッスンをご予約いただくことをおすすめしております。

その方がお子さまもクラスの流れに沿って制作を進めやすく、より充実したレッスンになります。

振替レッスンにご参加いただく際のお願い

担当講師は、振替でご参加いただくお子さまにも、できる限りサポートさせていただきます。

ただし、振替レッスンでは、通常レッスンを受講している生徒と一緒に制作を進めるため、場面によっては通常レッスンより少しだけ自主的に取り組んでいただくことがございます。

すべてのお子さまに質の高いレッスンをご提供するため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

長期間お休みされる場合は…

ご旅行やご家庭のご都合などでしばらく通うことが難しく、振替レッスンだけでは難しい場合には、休会制度もご利用いただけます。

月額3,025円で、お子さまのお席を確保したままお休みいただくことが可能です。

「数か月だけお休みしたい」「また落ち着いたら再開したい」という場合は、お気軽にGem Egg公式LINEよりご相談ください。

Make-up Lessons at Gem Egg

At Gem Egg, we understand that sometimes life gets busy! Whether your child is unwell, you're travelling, or another commitment comes up, we're happy to offer make-up lessons so your child doesn't have to miss out on their artwork and English learning.

Make-up lessons can be booked directly through our Official Gem Egg LINE Account by following the steps below.

How to Book a Make-up Lesson

Step 1

Open the Official Gem Egg LINE Account.

At the bottom of the chat screen, tap "Member."

Step 2

At the top of the menu, tap the blue "Members Page" button and select "Make-up Class."

Step 3

You will be taken to the Make-up Lesson reservation page.

Step 4

Please read the information on the page, then scroll down and tap 「予約にすすむ」.

Step 5

Select the appropriate class for your child:

• KINDER

• BASIC

• INTERMEDIATE

Step 6

Choose your preferred available date and time, then complete the reservation.

Please Note:

Reservations Open 2 Weeks in Advance

-To give every family an equal opportunity to reserve a make-up lesson, reservations become available 2 weeks before each lesson date.

If you would like to book additional make-up lessons further in advance, please simply wait until those dates become available on the reservation page.

If You Don't See a Class

If a particular class or time does not appear on the reservation page, the reservation system is working correctly.

It simply means that the class is already full, or it has reached the maximum number of make-up students we are able to accommodate.

About Make-up Lessons

Our make-up lesson system is designed to provide flexibility for busy families while helping students stay on track with their learning.

At Gem Egg, each art project is generally taught over two weeks, with Monday marking the beginning of a new theme.

Week 1 - Students are introduced to the new theme, learn about the topic, and begin drawing, planning, or building their artwork.

Week 2 - Students continue developing their project and technical skills by adding colour, details, texture, while learning new techniques and how to use different art materials.

For this reason, we ideally recommend booking a make-up lesson during the same week as the missed lesson, or as close to the original lesson date as possible. This helps students stay on track with their classmates and get the most out of each project.

During a Make-up Lesson

Our teachers will always do their best to support students attending a make-up lesson and help them feel welcome in their temporary class, however since make-up students are joining a class that is already in progress, they may occasionally need to work a little more independently than they would during their regular lesson while the teacher continues guiding the class as a whole. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best learning experience for all of our students.

Planning a Longer Absence?

If you know you'll be away from Gem Egg for an extended period, such as for travel or other family commitments, and make-up lessons may not be possible, we also offer a "hold" option.

For a monthly fee of ¥3025, we can reserve your child's place in both the school and their regular class while they are away.
