春の暖かい季節となり、桜もとても綺麗な時期になりましたね🌸

新しいスタートの季節にあたり、いくつか大切なお知らせとお願いがございます。

⏰ ご来校・お迎え時間について

すべてのお子さまが快適にレッスンを受けられるよう、以下の点につきましてご協力をお願いいたします。

レッスン開始 5〜15分前 を目安にご来校ください

お迎えは レッスン終了時刻、または終了後15分以内にお願いいたします

当スタジオではクラスが続けて行われるため、時間を守っていただくことで他のクラスへの影響を防ぎ、より良い環境を保つことができます。

万が一、お迎えが遅れる場合は事前にLINEにてご連絡をお願いいたします。

（すでに個別にご相談いただいている場合はご安心ください😊）

なお、終了後15分を過ぎてもお迎えがない場合は、安全管理のためこちらからご連絡させていただきます。

また、継続的にお時間の調整が難しい場合は、より通いやすいクラスへのご変更をご相談させていただく場合がございます。

😷 体調についてのお願い

咳やくしゃみ、鼻水などの症状がある場合は、マスクのご着用をお願いいたします。

スタジオは限られた空間のため、

・感染予防

・周りのお子さまや保護者さまへの配慮

のためにも、ご協力をお願いいたします。

🎨 作品のお持ち帰りについて

これまで制作した作品は、近日中にまとめてお持ち帰りいただきます。

すべての作品は、クリアシートに整理し、丁寧におまとめしております。

今後は、作品の進行状況に応じて、2週間ごとまたは月ごとにお持ち帰りいただく予定です。

また、今後は各ご家庭で作品を保管していただけるよう、3リングバインダーを順次お渡し予定です。

お子さまのペースで作品をファイリングしていただけたら嬉しいです😊

📢 年間スケジュールについて

年間のイベントスケジュールにつきましても、近日中にご案内予定ですので、今しばらくお待ちください。

🌸 April Updates from GemEgg 🌸

We hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful spring weather and cherry blossom season 🌸

As we begin a new school term, we would like to share a few important updates and reminders.

⏰ Arrival & Pick-Up Times

To ensure a smooth and comfortable environment for all students, we kindly ask for your cooperation:

Please arrive 5–15 minutes before your scheduled class time
Please pick up your child at the end of class, or within 15 minutes after

As we run multiple classes back-to-back in a small studio space, being mindful of time helps us avoid disruptions and maintain a focused environment for all students.

If you are running late for pick-up, please contact us via LINE in advance. (If we have already discussed your situation individually, please don’t worry 😊)

If your child has not been picked up within 15 minutes after class, we will contact you for safety reasons. If this happens repeatedly, we may reach out to discuss switching to a class time that better suits your schedule.

😷 Health & Consideration for Others

If your child has symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or a runny nose, we kindly ask that they bring and wear a mask during the lesson.

As our studio is a shared space, this helps:

Prevent the spread of germs
Keep other students and families at ease
Maintain a healthy environment

🎨 Artwork Take-Home System

All artwork created so far will be sent home soon.

Each piece has been carefully organized in clear sheets and prepared for you.

We will also soon provide each student with a complimentary 3-ring binder to put the clear sheets into, so they can continue organizing their artwork over time at their own pace 😊

Moving forward, artwork will be returned bi-weekly or monthly, depending on project completion.
