ハロウィンイベントへのお申し込み、ありがとうございます！🧙‍♀️🦇✨

みんなの楽しくてちょっぴり怖い仮装を見られるのを楽しみにしています！🎃

🕛 イベントの所要時間について

今回の GemEgg Halloween Fright Night は 18:00〜20:00 に開催されます。

ただし、トリック・オア・トリートのアクティビティ自体は2時間まるごとかかるわけではありません。

当日は4〜5つのトリック・オア・トリートブースを設置予定で、お菓子を集める体験は比較的短時間でまわれます🍬

その後は、公園エリアでお友だちやクラスメイトと一緒にお菓子を食べたり、写真を撮ったり、のんびり過ごしたりしてお楽しみいただけます👫✨

開始時間は完全に自由ですので、

ご家族のご都合に合わせて 18:00〜19:30の間 いつでもお越しください🌙

このイベントは、会員以外の方やごきょうだいも参加可能です！

きょうだい（非会員）：2,000円

0、1、2歳お子さま、保護者の方：無料 👶✨

（0,1,2歳のお子さまはGemEggの会員対象外のため、イベント参加費はかかりません）

当日は、仮装して子どもたちを驚かせてくれる保護者ボランティアさんも募集しています👻✨

一緒にイベントを盛り上げてくださる方は、ぜひお声がけください！🎭

⚠️ 注意事項

一部、驚かせる演出や音があるため、怖がりなお子さまは事前にご準備をお願いします。 必ず保護者の方が同伴してください。

屋外イベントのため、悪天候の場合は延期の可能性があります。

当日は記録・広報用として写真・動画を撮影させていただく場合があります。

🎃 GemEgg Halloween Fright Night 2025 — Event Details & Parent Information 👻

Thank you so much to everyone who signed up for our Halloween event — we can’t wait to see all your spooky, funny, and creative costumes this year! 🧙‍♀️🦇✨

🕛 About the Event Duration

Our Halloween Fright Night will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but please note that the trick-or-treat activities themselves will not take the full two hours.

We’ll have 4–5 booths set up for trick-or-treating, so children will be able to visit all the stations fairly quickly.

After that, everyone is welcome to relax and hang out in the park area with friends and classmates — eating their candy, taking photos, and enjoying the fun Halloween atmosphere! 🍭👫

The start time is completely flexible, so you can come whenever it’s convenient for your family between 6:00 and 7:30 PM.

There’s no need to rush so please feel free to come at your own pace and enjoy the evening at leisure 🌙

💡 About Participation & Fees

This event is open to everyone — members, non-members, and siblings are all welcome!

🎟️ Fees

-Members: ¥1,000

-Non-members: ¥2,000

-Siblings (non-members): ¥2,000

-Children aged 0, 1, and 2, and their guardians: Free of charge 👶✨ (Children aged 0 – 2 are not eligible for GemEgg membership, so there is no event participation fee for them.)

🕒 Sign-up Deadline

Event sign-up will remain open until the day before the event (October 25th)! 🎃

🎭 What to Bring

-A small bag or bucket for collecting candy 🍬

-Comfortable shoes and clothes suitable for outdoor activity

-A flashlight (optional, but fun!) 🔦

💀 Parent Volunteers Welcome!

We’re looking for a few brave (and fun!) parent volunteers to help dress up and scare the kids during the event! 👻

If you’d like to join in on the fun, please let us know — we’d love to have you help make the event even more exciting! 🎭

⚠️ Notes:

-Some scenes may include spooky sounds or small surprises — please prepare your child in advance if they’re sensitive to that.

-All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

-The event will take place outdoors. In case of bad weather, it may be rescheduled.

-Photos and videos may be taken during the event for GemEgg’s promotional use.
